Detailled description

We discovered this Arabica from organic farming at the top of the Andes, in the most remote regions of Peru.
It is characterized by a slight acidity, as well as elegant fruity and roasted cereal notes.

We traveled through the remote regions of Peru in search of the finest Arabicas from organic farming.
We found them at 1000 meters above sea level, nestled on the slopes of the Andes mountain range.
This mountainous region is characterized by a subtropical climate, where humidity and altitude levels are ideal for the quality potential of coffee beans.
