Crockery, desk lamps, tablets... Do you need to ship a fragile product? In order for your package to withstand tampering during transport and arrive at its destination in good condition, the fragile product must be carefully packed. Here's how to proceed!
Packing a fragile product in 3 steps!
1PROPERLY PACKING OF YOUR FRAGILE PRODUCT
We advise you to use air bubble protection film (more often called bubble wrap): it is perfect for absorbing shocks and is particularly effective in protecting sensitive products. For added security, cover your product with several layers.
2SECURE THE PRODUCT IN THE BOX
Fill 1/3 of your box with cushioning particles (also called chips !). Next, carefully place your product and add cushioning particles to the top of the box. They prevent the product from moving and therefore absorb shocks. As a bonus, they are biodegradable!
3CLOSE THE CARDBOARD BOX
Once your product is well covered, all you have to do is close your box with several strips of adhesive tape. Shake gently to make sure your product is not loose in the box and send it off!
